Article Two: Legal Capacity
The consumer acknowledges that they possess full legal capacity to enter into contracts and that they are at least 18 years old.
The consumer bears full legal responsibility for any violation of the capacity requirement.
Article Three: Nature of the Store's Obligation

Article Four: Terms of Use
The consumer is obligated to:

Article Five: Accounts and Registration

Article Nine: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the website, logos, trademarks, content, and designs are owned by the store.
Copying, republishing, or exploiting any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Article Ten: Limitation of Liability
The store is committed to conducting its business in accordance with Saudi regulations.
The store is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond its control.
The store's liability is limited to the value of the product in dispute only.
Article Eleven: Account Suspension or Termination

Article Twelve: Applicable Law

Article Thirteen: General Provisions
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
Arabic shall be the official language for interpreting this agreement.
Promotional offers are temporary and subject to modification or cancellation.
No clause may be construed in a manner contrary to Saudi regulations.
